I'm a second year chemical engineer and I'm in a bit of a pickle. I would love to work in the food industry, particularly with the design and development of products, like making ice cream or salad dressing, etc. However, I cannot go into the biochemical option because I did not take biology in high school. Is it still possible to work in the design and development field with just a "normal" chemical engineering degree? Thanks in advance.
