Hi Grecia - To find out if civil engineering is right for you, you need to try it. You could contact a local firm and see if you could shadow an engineer for a day. Or you could apply for internships and work a few hours a during the school year or next summer. If that is not possible you could read about civil engineering. Go to your college library and look at the different civil engineer magazines (ENR, Civil Engineering, etc.) read about the projects that are going on and see if they interest you.
